Using JamKey

JamKey is provided to help musicians analyze audio and identify information like key, tempo, and tonal center. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of audio, recordings, and other content you submit. By using JamKey, you grant JamKey the limited rights needed to process that content, return analysis results, maintain app functionality, and provide support.

Accuracy and musician judgment

JamKey is a utility, not a guarantee. Analysis results are intended to help with practice, rehearsal, arranging, writing, and production, but they may not always be perfect. Use your own musical judgment before relying on any result.

Subscriptions

If Premium features are offered, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled through Apple under the rules of your App Store account. Subscription terms, billing schedules, and refund handling may also be subject to Apple’s policies.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use JamKey in a way that harms, disables, or interferes with the service.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or subscription controls.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

Availability and changes

JamKey may change, suspend, or improve features over time. We may update these terms when the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.

Disclaimer

JamKey is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do our best to keep it useful and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect results in every session.
